Throughout my time on UT Austin's FSAE Electric team, I've learned about the manufacturing process. Below are images of parts that I've made and assisted with.

Of the parts shown, I manufactured everything apart from the bellcranks (I assisted in running the CNC for these). I machined everything else using a combination of manual machines. I also heat treated the ARB blade and staked spherical bearings in the control arms using a hydraulic press.
